Sabrie and Brian would like to welcome you to Sunnyside Cottage which is the recently converted brick stables at Sunnyside Farm, completed in 2006, to provide comfortable self catering accommodation for 4-8 guests in a lovely rural setting.
Sunnyside is now an organic working farm with sheep situated between the lovely villages of Godshill and Whitwell, approximately 4 miles from the seaside town of Ventnor. All fields are down to grass, so there is no restriction to where you can go.
Sunnyside Cottage has been lovingly converted by Sabrie and Brian and comprises of a kitchen/lounge/dining room with a table to seat 10, Chesterfield Suite, sky tv and video/dvd.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and large upright fridge/freezer.
French doors lead onto a walled patio area for outdoor dining where barbecue plus heater, complete with gas, are provided.
We have 2 double and 2 twin rooms, 1 with French windows, provide ample space for extended families, or two families, to share the holiday. In addition there are two bathrooms, 1 with shower, bath and WC while the second has a shower and WC.
Bed linen and towels, are provided with beds made on arrival. (Please bring your own beach towels). With most of the rooms on the ground floor Sunnyside Cottage is suitable for the less mobile and children are welcome, with a cot but not cot linen and highchair provided. Unfortunately due to sheep we are unable to take dogs.
Sunnyside Cottage is available for weekly bookings throughout the year from 3pm on Saturday. The cottage is strictly no smoking.
Evening Entertainment
Board games and videos are available. Sunnyside Cottage has Sky TV.
